I was looking at this at the Regt site, and thought it looked more dangerous than a real jump.. and what is the guy at the bottom pulling on a line?  nice pic.. rong

Rong; The guy on the rope is pulling up the jumper that is attached to the object, when he gets to a certin height the inst. will tell him to let go of the rope. At which time he falls to the grd. The purpose of this device is to practice your landings !    Grin
